We hired MCRS to handle the mitigation and remove the water that had gotten underneath our flooring. Because of the damage, we had to shut down half of our service rooms. After closing one evening, the MCRS team came in and removed all of the flooring in the affected area. They sealed off the other half of our space with plastic to prevent dust from entering the undamaged service rooms. I fully expected to walk into a dusty, messy environment the next day—yet it was spotless. We will need to close for a week to remove the remaining flooring, repair some walls, and repaint, and MCRS will be handling that as well. Their crew has been fantastic and truly willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Highly recommended."
